Pratt Homes values craftsmanship and customer service from Integrity Windows

Pratt Homes was established in 1973 and has established itself as a leader in the Twin Cities building community. Its reputation is well deserved, as competitors will tell you, but Lowell Pratt doesn’t believe in resting on his laurels. Pratt Homes is dedicated to providing the best homes possible to clients, and diligently works to ensure that design, materials, products and craftsmanship are all of superior quality in each of its homes.

While Pratt strives to incorporate the latest innovations in the building industry, it never forgets that what makes a house is the craftsmanship. “We have always valued craftsmanship. In 1992 and 2007, Pratt Homes was named Builder of the Year by the Builder Association of the Twin Cities in part due to Pratt’s unwavering commitment to excellence in residential building. Pratt Homes was also issued Minnesota Builder License #1 in 1992 by the Minnesota Department of Commerce in recognition of its work in establishing the state building license requirements.

These lofty accolades are a nice reminder of what Pratt has accomplished and given to the Minnesota building community, but as Pratt will tell you, “Our commitment to excellence in home building and uncompromising customer satisfaction continue, as we seek to realize our customers’ dreams of the ultimate home.”

After all, at the end of the day Pratt doesn’t build homes for awards – it builds homes for families.
